2007 was a HUGE success with over 70 vendors, despite the smokey weather conditions! We were able to raise approximately $8,000 which was divided equally between Metropolitan Charities, Inc. & King of Peace MCC, St. Petersburg. This year we are partnering with St. Pete Pride as our presenting sponsor to celebrate the diversity within King of Peace and our pride within the community. It is already looking like we will have even more local crafters, fun games, live music and dance performances by The Florida Mavericks (Formerly the Tampa Bay Wranglers) and The Butler’s school for Irish Step Dancers. There will be delicious food and exciting strolling street entertainment and Phyllis Denmark will be back as our entertaining emcee. This year’s event will benefit King of Peace MCC in St. Petersburg, to help supplement the annual budget and help support the continual various ministries and community outreaches that King of Peace offers.
